Welcome To Tejasvi Yoga

The word yoga means "Union" in Sanskriti, the language on ancient India where Yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit. Yoga is associated with all the religions of India. Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism have adopted meditation practiced of yoga. Yoga is also one of the sixth Astika (Orthodox) schools of Hindu philosophy. Texts on Vedas, Upanishad, Hindu Tantras and Buddhist Tantras have all extensively used the yogic practices. Yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.
